{"id":4421,"date":"2026-03-17T14:03:53","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T13:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ida.bs.katowice.pl\/?page_id=4421"},"modified":"2026-03-17T14:03:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T13:03:53","slug":"access-regulations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ida.bs.katowice.pl\/index.php\/en\/access-regulations\/","title":{"rendered":"Access Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE COLLECTIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>of the Institute of Architecture Documentation (IDA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Archive collections may only be accessed on-site, at the premises of IDA.<\/li>\n<li>Access to the collections is granted upon prior inquiry (<a href=\"mailto:ida@bs.katowice.pl\">ida@bs.katowice.pl<\/a>) and after arranging a convenient appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Archival materials are provided by the staff member on duty at the Archive and presented to the user in a designated area.<\/li>\n<li>Only designated IDA staff members are permitted to enter the storage areas where the collections are kept.<\/li>\n<li>Digitized collections may be made available online.<\/li>\n<li>The number of items made available and the manner of access are determined on a case-by-case basis by the staff member on duty, depending on the condition and availability of the archival materials.<\/li>\n<li>Users may make copies of materials free of charge using their own equipment; however, the use of tripods, additional lighting, or any actions such as unbinding or disassembling documents is prohibited, and all copying must be carried out in a manner that does not adversely affect the condition of the materials.<\/li>\n<li>The terms and conditions for the publication of IDA materials are governed by a separate, detailed set of regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE COLLECTIONS of the Institute of Architecture Documentation (IDA) The Archive collections may only be accessed on-site, at the premises of IDA.
